The Future of Automotive Safety on Display at AWARE2ALL Final Event

Paris, France – After three years of intensive research and development, the European project AWARE2ALL is nearing its conclusion and is set to unveil its most significant breakthroughs at a final event that promises to be a milestone in car safety. The event, which will take place on October 16, 2025, at the IRT SystemX premises in Paris, will be the only opportunity to see and experience firsthand the prototypes that could define the future of driving.

The project, focused on developing more intuitive and effective safety systems, has tackled key challenges in the automotive industry. Its results will be presented in a dynamic format, combining expert talks, round tables, and practical demonstrations.

A Day of Innovation and Collaboration

The event agenda is designed to offer a complete immersion into AWARE2ALL's achievements:

  • Morning Round Tables (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM): The day will begin with a deep dive into the project's three pillars. Experts will discuss advancements in Active & Passive Safety, In-cabin Monitoring to protect occupants, and Human-Machine Interaction (HMI), with the goal of making vehicles more intuitive for the driver.
  • Interactive Showroom (1:30 PM - 4:30 PM): The afternoon will transform into a full-fledged technology showcase. Attendees can explore a mini-showroom where the most notable prototypes and innovations will be on display. The centerpiece of this section will be the AWARE2ALL simulator, allowing participants to experience the new safety technologies in a controlled and realistic environment. The interactive demonstrators, which will not be exhibited anywhere else, offer a unique opportunity to understand the real-world impact of the research.

Connecting Industry Leaders

In addition to the presentations and demonstrations, the event will serve as a meeting point for professionals, researchers, and thought leaders in the sector. A networking lunch (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM) will facilitate connections among attendees, fostering the exchange of ideas and future collaboration.
